The DC Police Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit (Federal Tax ID 41-2250114) and is funded by friends and supporters through annual membership dues, general donations, in-kind donations, event fundraising, and grants. Partnerships and collaborations are the key ingredients we utilize to achieve sustainable solutions and continuous improvements in public safety! Through a series of annual events and initiatives, we are able to fund and support the MPD youth and community outreach initiatives, as well as support unmet needs of the Chief of Police and his team.
